Summitfield
Summitfield Apartment Complex was built in 1962 and newly renovated in 2008.
This project includes 17 apartment buildings with 100 affordable units. The Summitfield complex includes our main office, an on-site laundry room, a new playground, and on-site parking.
Summitfield offers:

- one (1) bedroom apartments (678 sq. feet)
- two (2) bedroom apartments (993 sq. feet)
- three (3) bedroom apartments (1124 sq. feet)
- four (4) bedroom apartments (1570 sq. feet)
