This project includes 17 apartment buildings with 100 affordable units. The Summitfield complex includes our main office, an on-site laundry room, a new playground, and on-site parking.

About Our Apartments

Families are housed in accordance with the Middletown Housing Authority's occupancy standards.

I've been living here for years. It's afforable. They keep the grounds nice and clean. They do house inspections to make sure people keep their houses clean. Plus I appreciate stuff like the rent being set based on low-income, everything is included, and the heat is good in the winter.

Everything: The apartments, staff, Board Members, counsel, administrators, advocates, maintenance staff... I think Middletown Housing Authority is the very best. I love the way they work overtime and every day, week, month, and year. They are the best. And I have been here for over 30 some years. Thank you for all the years I have been a tenant and no problems yet!
