This project includes 17 apartment buildings with 100 affordable units. The Summitfield complex includes our main office, an on-site laundry room, a new playground, and on-site parking.

Everything: The apartments, staff, Board Members, counsel, administrators, advocates, maintenance staff... I think Middletown Housing Authority is the very best. I love the way they work overtime and every day, week, month, and year. They are the best. And I have been here for over 30 some years.
